How to change your email address, name, password
CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
- Login here
- Go to your Dashboard (Top right)
- Select My Profile
- Click Edit
- Change your email address and save.
CHANGING YOUR NAME
- Login here
- Go to your Dashboard (Top right)
- Select My Profile
- Click Edit
- Change your name, last name and save.
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
- Login here
- Go to your Dashboard (Top right)
- Select My Profile
- Click "Change password" option.
- Enter the new password and Submit
For enhanced security, please adhere to the following guidelines when creating a new password:
- Length: Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
- Capital Letter: Include at least one uppercase letter.
- Numeric Character: Ensure at least one number is present.
- Special Symbol: Add one or more of these symbols: ! @ # $ % ^ & *
- The password has been changed. Next time make sure to use the new password to login.
