QUESTION & ANSWER

Q: Why my language course has only 250+ activities while premium languages have 1,000+ activities?

A: In 2010, we started with one language course and kept producing more language courses. By 2013, we had 52 language courses and all of them had the same amount of content (total 91 activities).

However, throughout the years some language courses gained more customers (and revenue) and that allowed us to invest more time and money to create more content for those courses.

At the end of every year, we calculate all subscriptions for each course. When a language course increases to a certain amount of customers, we promote it to the next tier. And if a language course doesn't get enough customers we downgrade it or discontinue altogether, since just keeping a language course requires work and money.
