No Refund Policy (no exceptions)

At Dinolingo, we maintain a firm no-refund policy. To ensure our customers can make an informed decision, we offer a 7-day free trial for new customers on their first language course subscription. This trial allows you to fully explore our services without any charge for seven days. Remember, billing occurs on the 7th day from your subscription time unless canceled within the trial period. To cancel read here. All subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly, and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.


UNUSED SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you registered but did not use the service for months or years, no refunds will be provided.


I CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AFTER I WAS CHARGED

Our policy remains firm; no refunds are issued once a charge is processed, regardless of the timing.


I THOUGHT I CANCELED or I TRIED TO CANCEL

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation. Without this confirmation email, your subscription remains active. And there will be no refunds for active subscriptions.


I CAN'T AFFORD THIS AT THIS TIME

We understand various circumstances can arise, such as forgetting to cancel, difficulties in canceling, or dealing with financial problems. However, our policy is firm, no refunds, no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.


FAILED TRANSACTIONS & PAST DUE

If a credit card transaction is declined due to insufficient funds, it's considered Past Due. Our system will automatically attempt to charge your card again once funds are available. To avoid these charges, you must cancel your subscription on time. Please note that there are no refunds for any past due charges incurred.


  • APP CANCELLATIONS: Most subscriptions are purchased on our website (not the app), if you do not see your Dinolingo subscription in your Android or Apple subscription settings, this means you purchased Dinolingo through our website and you must cancel it on our website. 

  • APPS: Due to the iTunes App Store and Google play store privacy policies, we are not allowed to cancel or refund subscriptions through the app store. Only customers can cancel their app subscriptions, If you do not see Dinolingo subscription, you must cancel it on our website, see instructions here. If you purchased your subscription on the app and wish to request a refund, you must contact Itunes, read here for more info.
