If you have subscribed through our website and did not receive a 7-day free trial, you are eligible for a full refund. Just send us an email within the first seven days of your subscription. Please add the following:

APP SUBSCRIPTIONS

Due to Apple Itunes and Google's refund policy, we can't cancel or refund any purchases made on the Appstore. They do not allow developers to see the customer accounts or issue any refunds. You can easily cancel your subscriptions anytime on, however if you want to request a refund, you must contact Itunes, read here for more. 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We no longer manufacture, sell or ship physical products. However amazon.com still sells Dino Lingo language sets on its site. If you have purchased our products from amazon, please visit amazon website for their return policy.
