How do I cancel my account?

For your convenience, all of our subscription plans automatically renew, which can be unsubscribed online anytime.

Canceling your subscription on our website

  1. Login to your account: dinolingo.com/login
  2. Go to; My Subscriptions
  3. Click on Cancel. See the image below.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it's canceled, if you don't receive an email please contact us.

  • If you have purchased the DinoLingo app through Apple Itunes Appstore or Google Play store, please cancel via your mobile device: Canceling Apple Itunes & Google Android App subscription
  • If you have subscribed through DinoLingo.com and still don't see the blue "Cancel" link, please email us with the Subject: Cancel my subscription, and add the following: 1) The email address used while subscribing 2) The subscription Date  3) The language course

I just canceled, what's next?

  • Canceling your subscription will stop the auto-billing option on our website and you won't be charged again.
  • You can still use your account until the end of the period.
  • Canceling your subscription will NOT provide you a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please click here for our 7 Day refund policy.
