App not working, error, oops

Our new website (released Dec. 22 2021) does NOT have an app. We are planning to release it in mid-late January 2022. It will be called Dinolingo NEW. We thank you for your patience. 
The old Dinolingo app requires a good internet connection to work properly. Also we often update our app resulting the older versions not working correctly. Please reset your app to fix these issues. Resetting your app should also fix these errors: (1.075) (0.074) (0.071)

How to reset the Dinolingo app:

  1. Delete the Dinolingo App from your device
  2. Go to your settings and clear the app cache (see below instructions)
  3. Restart your device
  4. Download the Dinolingo App again
  5. Login with your email and password

How to clear cache of your iphone / ipad: 

  1. Settings
  2. General
  3. iPhone storage 
  4. Find the Dinolingo app
  5. Offload app (see below)

How to clear cache of your android device: 

  1. Settings
  2. Storage / Settings
  3. Other apps
  4. Find the Dinolingo app
  5. Clear cache
