Did you receive a welcome email?

If No, 

Please check your spam folder first. If there is no email, most likely there was a typo on your email address when signing up. Please let us know immediately so we can fix your email address. Please note that the welcome email just welcomes you to the program and does not effect your access and does not have your account information on it.

3- Date and time of purchase

We will manually fix your email address.
