Download invoices and receipts

If you've paid with a credit or debit card (our most common method), you can easily manage your subscriptions and invoices in one centralized location:

1. Go to the Stripe Dinolingo Customer Portal

2. Input your account email to receive an invitation link in your email inbox.

3. Click on the link, and inside the portal, you can:

- Access and download all your past and present invoices and receipts.

- Update your billing information, including adding or changing credit card details.

- Cancel any active subscriptions or trials.

- Reactivate any canceled subscriptions before their expiration date.
