  • Child/sub user age range: We use this information to develop and present more age-appropriate language services. We do not store the age of a child user.

Please note that we do not require or request the full name and or email addresses of the child (sub user). We have a strict policy of not processing or transferring any child user information into our systems. Our sole requirement is the parent's information, which is necessary to process your requests.

We are deeply committed to safeguarding your child's privacy and ensuring the utmost data security.

It's important to mention that Dinolingo only collects information about children or students directly from Parents, Teachers, or school administrators. If you choose to register for an account through your email or social media account, the information we obtain from these accounts depends on your settings and the privacy policies of these 3rd party platforms. When you buy a Dinolingo subscription, you will be asked to provide payment information including;

We want to clarify that we do not store full credit card numbers. Our system only retains access to the last 4 digits of your credit card number. This limited information is solely used to facilitate the retrieval of your payment details when necessary. Usage Info:

When you use Dinolingo services, you may generate learning data which we will collect and store;

  • Rewards: Such as dinosaurs, scores, stars
  • Reports: Test results, time tables, repeats, progress reports, bug reports
  • Usage: Clicks, Duration of time, Sessions
  • Technical: Browser, ip address, device, operation system, script errors, pages visited, referrer, url parameters, geography.

Communication Info:

We collect information when you contact us via;
