How to reset or delete reports?

Yes, this is available on all subscriptions for parents who wish to have a clear start. 

Please note, when you "delete reports", all previous activity and progress gets deleted from the database. There is no going back after this. 

In order to reset reports you need have a parent PIN on your account. This is to prevent kids deleting the reports accidentally.

1st Step:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click on Profile
3. Click on Edit Profile
4. Add a pin (4 digit)

2nd Step:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Select the child
3. On the left menu, click on Curriculum
4. On the left menu, click on Delete Reports

This will delete all reports and the progress will restart from 0%.
