   PAID WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (Stripe Payments):

If you’ve paid with a credit or debit card (our most common payment method), you can easily manage your subscriptions and invoices in one convenient location by following these steps:

1. Go to the Stripe Dinolingo Customer Portal
2. Enter your account email to receive an invitation link sent to your inbox.
3. Click the link, and once inside the portal, you’ll be able to:
   • Access and download all past and current invoices and receipts.
   • Update your billing information, including adding or changing credit card details.
   • Cancel any active subscriptions or trials.
   • Reactivate any canceled subscriptions before their expiration date.
