I changed my mind, how can I reactivate my account?


Dinolingo is a subscription-based service, and it’s completely normal for families to come and go. In fact, after more than a decade in business, we’ve seen many happy returns—sometimes just hours later, other times after months or even years!

To reactivate your subscription:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click here to choose a subscription plan. You will be directed to our shopping cart to complete the process.

Just a heads-up: this needs to be done before your account is deleted. If you no longer see your account details, it might already be removed. If that happens, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll check for you. Otherwise, you’re always welcome to start fresh with a new subscription!
