How to Add a New User

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Add New User.
4. Enter the user's Nickname.
5. Select the Age Range.
6. Choose the Language.

  Note: If you want your child to have access to all activities, including videos, games, tests, and worksheets, select the 6–10 age range. See more details.

How to Remove a Child / User

Estimated Time: 15 seconds

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click Users.
3. Select the user you want to remove.
4. Click Edit (Pen icon)
5. Click Remove.

Important: Removing a user is permanent and cannot be undone. All of the child's learning history, progress reports, and achievements will be deleted.

Note: You can only remove a user if your account has two or more users. If you have only one user, simply add another user first. You can then remove the one you no longer need.
