School Account Process


For PUBLIC SCHOOLS:

Here's the streamlined step-by-step process:

  1. Teacher Request: A teacher typically requests a quote and decides to try our program.
  2. Approval: If the teacher approves the program, they share the quote with the school administrator or district.
  3. School/District Steps: The school or district then proceeds as follows:

    a. W-9 Form: Downloads our W-9 form.

    b. Vendor Form (Optional): On occasion, requests us to complete their approved vendor form.

  4. Purchase Order (PO): Once these requirements are fulfilled, the school or district sends us an official Purchase Order (PO).
  5. Invoice and Payment: We promptly generate an invoice and provide a payment link to the school or district.
  6. Payment Processing: Within the next 30 days, the school or district conveniently processes payment, either by issuing a check or making an online payment via credit/debit card.

Important Note: At Dinolingo, student privacy is paramount. We do not collect or request students' emails, names, ages, or grades. Our system operates with the highest regard for data protection. Only teachers possess the ability to create student accounts, and students can effortlessly access their accounts using their unique classroom code and student code—no emails required.


For PRIVATE SCHOOLS, LANGUAGE SCHOOLS

Here's a simplified step-by-step process:

  1. Teacher Request: A teacher typically requests a quote and decides to try our program.
  2. Approval: If the teacher approves the program, they share the quote with the school administrator.
  3. Administrator Approval: The school administrator reviews and approves the sale.
  4. Payment Link: We then promptly generate a payment link and send it to the school.
  5. Online Payment: The school efficiently completes the payment process online using a credit or debit card.

Important Note: At Dinolingo, student privacy is paramount. We do not collect or request students' emails, names, ages, or grades. Our system operates with the highest regard for data protection. Only teachers possess the ability to create student accounts, and students can effortlessly access their accounts using their unique classroom code and student code—no emails required.


For CHARTER SCHOOLS

Here's the straightforward step-by-step process:

  1. PO Submission: The Charter school initiates the process by emailing us their Purchase Order (PO).
  2. PO Details: Each PO is specifically created for one student for one year ($199) and includes the parent's name, parent's email, selected language course, and the price ($199). (Student name and email are not required due to data privacy.)
  3. Account Creation: Within 48 hours, we create the student's account and promptly send the parent a welcome email with instructions.
  4. Invoice Generation: We generate an invoice for the charter school and email it along with our payment link.
  5. Payment Handling: The charter school efficiently handles payment within the next 30 days, either by issuing a check or making an online payment via credit/debit card.

Important Note for Charter School PO: At Dinolingo, we prioritize student privacy. When submitting your Purchase Order (PO), kindly do not include students' emails, names, ages, parents' names, addresses, or phone numbers. We only require the parent's email address for sending a welcome email. Rest assured, we have no need for any additional student data. Your cooperation in safeguarding student information is greatly appreciated.
