What is Dinolingo Free Trial Policy?

Dinolingo offers a 7-day free trial to all customers worldwide—regardless of country or platform.

• If you cancel within the 7-day trial, you won’t be charged.
• If you cancel after the trial, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

When does my free trial end?

Your free trial lasts a full 7 days from the exact time you signed up. However, Apple, Android and PayPal may begin processing the renewal a few hours before the 7th day ends to ensure uninterrupted access.

Why am I seeing a charge before Day 7 is over?

Some users may notice the renewal happens slightly before the expected time due to:

• Time zone differences
• Apple/PayPal pre-processing
• The trial starting at a specific time of day (not at midnight)

We recommend setting a reminder to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don’t wish to continue.
