Canceling iOS or Android App Subscriptions

• If you subscribed via our app on your device, you must cancel your subscription directly on your device. See links below.

I cannot find the app on my device.

Your subscription was likely created on our website (not on the app). In this case, please cancel through our Customer Portal.

I deleted the app from my phone. Did it cancel my subscription?

No, deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. It simply removes the app from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it. If you’re unsure of your account email, please contact us, and we can assist in locating it.
