Dinolingo is a subscription based program and all plans renew automatically which can be canceled anytime. This information is always available on our website. See below. 

1- WEBSITE CANCELLATIONS: 

  • It takes 5 seconds to cancel your account on our website. 
  • Login to your Dinolingo account here, go to My Account (in the footer) and click Cancel. (see below image)
  • You should receive a confirmation email when you cancel. if you don't receive an email please contact us asap. 
  • Canceling your subscription stops the auto-billing, it does not provide a refund. See our 7-day refund policy here
  • If you have problems canceling, please contact us and we will cancel it for you: Subject: Cancel my subscription, and add the following: 1) The email address used while subscribing 2) The subscription Date  3) The language course

2- APP CANCELLATIONS:

  • Please follow the steps below to cancel your app subscriptions. 
  • Developers (we) don't have the authority to cancel your app subscription. Only customers can cancel their app subscriptions. 

Canceling Apple Itunes App on the Appstore

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID
  4. Tap View Apple ID and sign in if necessary
  5. Tap Subscriptions
  6. Tap DinoLingo subscription
  7. Select Cancel

Canceling Google Android App on the Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Google account
  3. Tap Menu Subscriptions
  4. Select DinoLingo subscription
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

I just canceled my Dinolingo subscription, what's next?

  • Canceling your subscription will stop your upcoming auto-bills and you won't be charged again. You are still able to use your account until the end of your period even after you cancel.
